Mr. Gill represents debtor, trustee and creditor clients during bankruptcy and insolvency cases. Gill’s handling of complex business litigation includes pre-trial motions and discovery, mediations, trials and appeals.

His extensive experience in corporate and business matters includes creating a broad array of contracts for bulk sales, employment and service agreements, settlement agreements, wills and trust instruments, and corporation, partnership and LLC formation (and dissolution) documentation.

Mr. Gill’s professional knowledge extends beyond the law firm environment. He brings years of experience in business operations and e-commerce during his years as a founder, director of operations and in-house counsel for an online wine and logistics technologies company located in San Francisco, California, WSN Corp. and its affiliated enterprise 800wine.com.

Prior to his successful legal career, Mr. Gill was the director of Non-Formal Educational Youth Programming for the Bureau of Jewish Education of San Francisco and Marin Counties and the Peninsula. He is also an accomplished musician who has appeared in venues throughout the United States.
