Associate Lesley Davis practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation and bankruptcy and receivership. Ms. Davis has represented debtors, creditors, small businesses, trustees and receivers. Additionally, Ms. Davis’ legal experience encompasses the areas of collection matters, family law, personal injury, construction defect and medical malpractice.
Ms. Davis was a bankruptcy trustee administrator for 10 years for several bankruptcy trustees in the Central District of California, Region 16. Ms. Davis was one of the founding members of the Trustee’s Administrators Group for the Central District of California. Ms. Davis was also a receiver’s administrator for several receivers in the Central District of California.
