The primary focus of associate Luis Garcia’s practice is litigation.
Mr. Garcia represents individual, corporate and institutional clients in state and federal courts for matters involving complex business and commercial issues. Mr. Garcia has an extensive background in creditor’s rights and collections as well as in landlord-tenant and real estate disputes.
He earned his law degree from UCLA and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara.
