
Associate Talin Keshishian focuses on bankruptcy law with an emphasis on preference litigation and defense, complex bankruptcy fraud and distressed real estate. She also has significant experience in commercial law and general business litigation as well as commercial transactions in both state and federal court. She has appeared before the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, U.S. District Court and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Keshishian’s clients include debtors, creditors, creditor committees in chapter 7 and chapter 11 matters, manufacturers, financial institutions, medium-size businesses, and banks and trustees in all types of bankruptcy matters.
