Michele Seltzer

Michele draws upon her broad experience in multiple practice areas to provide her clients with comprehensive legal services, particularly in litigation.  In addition to her many wins at trial, binding arbitrations, and dispositive hearings, Michele considers her greatest successes to include the many settlements that she has negotiated, which have not only saved her clients from the expense of continued litigation, but have even salvaged key business relationships for her clients.

Michele has represented clients ranging from individual investors and small business owners to Fortune 100, multi-national corporations.  She litigates in State and Federal Court, as well as before the BAP and Court of Appeals, on disputes that include real estate, business, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, product liability, general negligence, professional liability (attorneys, architects, and engineers), elder abuse, construction defect, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and catastrophic injury actions.
